Key capabilities:
- Retain up to 3 years of audit history.
- Filter by: Entity (specific module or all), User, Action (Added, Updated, Deleted, All Actions), and Time range.
- Access level: Administrators and CEO-role users can view all logs; other users can view their own and their subordinates' logs only.
- Export: Export to CSV; up to 1 million entries without filters, or filtered exports with a 180-day time window constraint.
