Deduplication

Zoho CRM has native deduplication features:

  • Duplicate Check on Conversion: When converting a Lead, if a Contact with the same email already exists, the system prompts to merge or create new.
  • Duplicate Detection on Import: Specify matching field(s) during import; choose to skip or merge duplicates.
  • Recycle Bin: Deleted records retained for up to 60 days before permanent deletion; can be restored.
  • Zoho DataPrep: Cluster-and-merge deduplication for bulk data cleansing prior to import (Zoho DataPrep for CRM).
