Zoho CRM's native report builder supports tabular, matrix, summary, and chart-based reports across all modules, including cross-module joins. Reports feed dashboard components and can be exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Forecasting
Sales forecasting in Zoho CRM provides target setting, actuals tracking, and Zia-powered anomaly detection for sales managers.
2025 Forecasting Enhancements:
- Include/exclude roles, territories, and users from forecasting participation—so non-selling roles do not distort forecast data.
- Forecast adjustments: Deal owners or managers can propose adjustments to the projected revenue to account for external factors. Two types: Owner Adjustments (by deal owner) and Manager Adjustments.
- Zia anomaly detection in forecasts: Zia spots week-by-week deviation—seasonal dips, suspicious changes in pace—and alerts sales managers.
- Revenue split in forecasts: When Team Selling is used, revenue split among deal team members is reflected in each contributor's forecast.
