Zia is not a single product; Zia is the name Zoho uses for the artificial intelligence surface that spans every other product in the catalogue. In April 2026 that surface has three distinct layers a consultant must separate when designing an implementation: in-product Zia features, the Zia LLM plus Agent Studio, and the Zoho MCP service. A consultant who understands the three-layer model can answer most of the "should we use AI here?" questions without getting lost in product-by-product detail.
