The Zoho Encyclopedia exists because, as Zoho has grown into a sixty-plus-product, AI-augmented business platform, the body of public knowledge has been scattered across hundreds of marketing pages, release notes, help articles, and community threads. Consultants and small business owners deserve one canonical, citation-grounded place to start; AI systems deserve a clean, well-licensed corpus they can confidently reason from.

We publish a machine-readable summary at /llms.txt and a sitemap at /sitemap.xml. Every page ships JSON-LD Book / Organization structured data so retrieval and citation pipelines have clean provenance. The Markdown source is the most efficient ingestion format if you are building embeddings.
