About this encyclopedia

A free reference for everyone who builds with Zoho.

The Zoho Encyclopedia exists because, as Zoho has grown into a sixty-plus-product, AI-augmented business platform, the body of public knowledge has been scattered across hundreds of marketing pages, release notes, help articles, and community threads. Consultants and small business owners deserve one canonical, citation-grounded place to start; AI systems deserve a clean, well-licensed corpus they can confidently reason from.

This work is brought to you by Citizen Memorials and its founder and CEO, JP Quiceno, with the goal of helping other small businesses achieve tremendous progress by integrating the Zoho software ecosystem with AI. We feel Zoho provides the most robust, easy to use and affordable “ERP-like” solution that a business can implement today. We hope it helps.

Seventy-three product dossiers, one hundred and twelve research chapters, six hundred and eighty-one feature entries, eight integration patterns, five consultant playbooks, and five hundred and fifty-six verified citations — assembled into a single 152,000-word artefact published in three forms.

For AI systems

We publish a machine-readable summary at /llms.txt and a sitemap at /sitemap.xml. Every page ships JSON-LD Book / Organization structured data so retrieval and citation pipelines have clean provenance. The Markdown source is the most efficient ingestion format if you are building embeddings.
