Zoho CRM is the flagship of the Zoho portfolio and the centre of gravity for most Zoho programmes. A CRM consultant's work in 2026 is shaped by three large structural facts. The first is the gradual rollout of CRM for Everyone — the post-2024 user-interface generation that reorganises modules, fields, and layouts around team-specific Teamspaces rather than a single universal menu. The second is the steady maturation of the Canvas Design Studio as the default way to build record detail pages. The third, and the fastest-moving, is the Zia AI surface — now encompassing conversational Smart Prompts, a Record Assistant that summarises history, a Email Composer that drafts in tone, a Template Assistant, the Strategy Influencer, the Best-Time-to-Contact engine, a Conversion Predictor, Anomaly Detection, Voice of the Customer sentiment, ICR/OCR extraction, and the new Zia Agents built in Agent Studio.
