List Views
The primary module view shows records in a tabular format. Users can create custom views (saved filters/sorts) with specific column sets. As of early 2026, custom view names can be up to 100 characters (Zoho Vertical Studio 2026 roadmap).
New view types introduced in 2025:
- Grid View: Spreadsheet-style inline editing—edit records without opening them individually.
- Chart View: Embedded visualizations (bar, pie, line) directly in the module list, without navigating to the Analytics tab.
- Timeline View: Gantt-chart-style view; plots records based on start and end date fields.
- Split View: Shows list and detail side by side.
- Kanban View: Card-based pipeline view for drag-and-drop deal stage progression.
- Canvas View: Custom-designed card display using the Canvas studio.

Cross-Module Criteria in Custom Views (2025): Custom views can now filter records in one module based on data from a related module (e.g., "Show all Contacts with an open Deal > $10,000") (10 Zoho CRM Key Updates 2025).
Detail Views
The record detail page shows all field sections, related lists, timeline, notes, and activity widgets. Canvas can fully replace the standard detail view layout for specific profiles. The Interaction View on the timeline aggregates all cross-channel touchpoints for the record's customer (Zoho CRM 2025 highlights).
