2026 Kiosk Enhancements:
- Real-time data capture: Admins can enable "via user input" so users can enter values directly when creating records via Quick Create inside the kiosk.
- Fetch all records with pagination: The "Get Records" screen now supports fetching all module records with pagination for large data sets.
- Dynamic conditions on detail page: Set up conditional logic for which kiosk screen appears based on record data.
- Notes in Kiosk (March 2026): Admins can add a "Notes" action in Kiosk Studio to help users view notes on related records for context.
- Standard edition access: Kiosk Studio is no longer limited to higher-tier editions—Standard edition users can now create kiosks (Zoho CRM 2026 features video).
- Sequential actions: New sequential action type for chaining actions in order within a kiosk flow.
