Zoho Campaigns Integration

Zoho Campaigns integrates natively with Zoho CRM for email marketing:

  • Real-time bidirectional sync of Contacts and Leads.
  • CRM field data (industry, lead type, etc.) used for audience segmentation.
  • Email open/click/bounce tracking surfaced inside CRM records.
  • SalesSignals notifications for campaign interactions.
  • Two-way synchronization—updates in CRM reflect in Campaigns mailing lists (Zoho CRM: Email Marketing).

Campaign module (native): Zoho CRM has a native Campaigns module for tracking marketing campaigns and associating them with Leads and Deals via the "Campaign Source" lookup field.

Web Forms

Web forms capture visitor data from websites directly into CRM Leads or Contacts. Built under Setup > Channels > Web Forms; customizable fields; spam detection options.

Cadences

Cadences allow automated multi-step outreach sequences (email, call, WhatsApp) triggered by CRM conditions. WhatsApp was added as a follow-up action type in 2025 (Zoho CRM 2025 highlights).

Voice of the Customer (VoC)

VoC is a Zia-powered feature that captures and analyzes customer feedback from multiple sources:

  • 2025 expansions: Track comments from non-CRM individuals (prospects, general public) from external review platforms; not limited to existing leads/contacts.
  • Q1 2026: VoC tracks interactions from "unknown responders" not yet in the database, enabling market-level sentiment analysis (Zoho CRM Q1 2026 update).
  • VoC in Advanced Filters: Use VoC attributes to filter records in participating modules.
  • VoC in Kiosk: Look up customer records based on VoC responses.
  • Any module as data source: Pull in reviews from custom modules or external sources.
