Scoring Rules

Scoring rules assign numeric scores to records based on demographic criteria, behavioral signals (email opens, web visits, survey responses), or integrations with external apps (Multiple Scoring Rules & Approval Process).

Key features:

  • Available for: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, and custom modules.
  • Up to 5 scoring rules per layout.
  • Three categories per layout: Sales, Marketing, Support.
  • Points can be added or subtracted based on defined criteria.
  • Zia Scores: AI-generated predictive scores for conversion likelihood, complementing manual scoring rules.
