Dashboards and Analytics Components

Dashboards in Zoho CRM are real-time visual composites of CRM report data. Users can create private dashboards or share dashboards with specific users or the entire organization (Zoho CRM help: Creating Dashboards).

  • Drill-down: Click any chart component to view underlying record data.
  • List View and Grid View for dashboard navigation.
  • Zia-powered dashboards (Sales Trend and Sales Follow-Up Trend): Made fully customizable in February 2026—users can modify metrics, filter criteria, and add/edit components (Zoho CRM Community Digest Feb 2026).
  • Zia Component Suggestion (March 2026): When adding a component to a dashboard, Zia offers a visual list of component suggestions, filterable by module. Select, verify, and add in one click (Zoho March 2026 update video).
  • Widget embedding: Widgets (custom-built UI components) can be placed directly on dashboards.
