These are standard inventory modules within Zoho CRM (Zoho CRM CPQ help documentation):
Transaction flow: Quote → (approved) → Sales Order → Invoice. Purchase Orders manage the procurement side.
| Module | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Quotes | Sales proposals sent to customers; line-item products with pricing |
| Sales Orders | Confirmed purchase documents |
| Purchase Orders | Procurement from vendors |
| Invoices | Billing documents; payable by customers |
Services module and subforms (Q2 2026 roadmap): When the Services module is enabled, Quotes, Sales Orders, and Invoices will include a Service subform for combined product/service billing (Zoho Vertical Studio 2026 roadmap).
Sync with Zoho Books/Inventory: CRM inventory data can sync bidirectionally with Zoho Books (financial accounting), Zoho Invoice, and Zoho Inventory for deeper tracking of shipping, stock levels, and financial records (Zoho CRM:Books Product Catalog overview video).
Tax calculation: Avalara AvaTax for Zoho CRM (released January 2026 via Marketplace) enables automatic US sales tax calculation on quotes and invoices with address validation and exemption management (Zoho Marketplace January 2026).
