- Each product record includes: Product Name, Product Code, Unit Price, Product Active status, Quantity in Stock, Description, and custom fields.
- Products can represent physical goods or services.
- Products are associated with Quote/Order/Invoice line items via the built-in subform.
Price Books:
- Price Books allow different pricing structures for different customer segments (e.g., retail vs. wholesale vs. reseller).
- Can be applied to individual quotes/orders or set as default for certain customers.
- Range-based pricing: define price per unit based on quantity purchased.
- Discount configurations: flat, percentage, or slab-based.
