Smart Prompt is the generative AI hub for Zoho CRM, providing contextual, LLM-powered assistance within the CRM interface. It has expanded significantly through 2025, culminating in the November 2025 update (Zoho CRM Community Digest – November 2025 Part 2).
Smart Prompt Core

- Available for Enterprise and above editions

- Function: Provides contextual summaries of a CRM record from a chat-style interface at the top of the record
