Creator's built-in approval system allows multi-level approval workflows to be configured without custom code. When a form record is submitted (or a condition is met), an approval workflow can be automatically triggered:
- Approval Levels: Multiple sequential approval levels can be configured (Level 1, Level 2, etc.).
- Approvers: Specific users, roles, or dynamic user fields can be designated as approvers at each level.
- Actions on Approve/Reject: Automated actions (update fields, send notifications, trigger downstream workflows) can be configured for both approval and rejection outcomes.
- Approval Center: A centralized inbox where approvers can review pending approvals, view record details, and take action.
- Portal Integration: Portal users can participate in approval processes, extending collaboration to external stakeholders.
- Payment workflows are a specialized form of approval for transaction authorization.
