Pages and Dashboards

387 words · preserved verbatim from the master reference

Pages are configurable dashboard canvases inside Creator applications. A page can contain multiple interactive elements arranged in a drag-and-drop grid, providing users with a consolidated, real-time view of application data. Pages are created either from blank or from a library of 10 predefined templates (Understand Pages).

4.2 Application Themes

As of February 26, 2026, Zoho Creator introduced a Theme Gallery with 8 pre-built themes for new applications. Themes cover layout, color scheme, font, and logo options. Existing applications can access new themes via "Try New Themes" in edit mode. This replaced the older, more limited theming system (February 2026 Release Notes).

In November 2025, the Theme Builder was introduced as a more comprehensive customization tool: it allows configuration of predefined layout templates, organization logo or app icon placement, preset color palettes, and selection from 12 available fonts. This gives organizations strong brand consistency across web and mobile (November 2025 Upcoming Updates).

4.3 App Menu Builder

Released in March 2025, the App Menu Builder is a drag-and-drop navigation menu configurator. It allows organizing components (forms, reports, pages) under grouped spaces, controlling per-user visibility, and adding visual dividers, section headers, and icons. The configured menu is reflected consistently across web, mobile, and tablet platforms (March 2025 Upcoming Updates).
