Reports are the data-display layer in Creator. Each form auto-generates a default list report; developers can create additional report types. As of April 2026, the available report types are (Reports Knowledge Base):

Common customization options include: conditional formatting rules, export permissions, Canvas Builder for custom HTML-based record views, record-level comments, and general/field-level display properties. Reports can be embedded in pages (see Section 4) or shared via published component URLs.
An important behavioral note: Reports embedded in pages auto-refresh when records are added, edited, or deleted from a form or report within the same window or a popup—but not when opened in a new tab (Reports in Pages).
As of November 2025, reports from calendar views can be synced to external calendars (Zoho Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar) via an iCal feed URL. This enables real-time synchronization of Creator date-based records with personal or organizational calendar tools (November 2025 Upcoming Updates).
