Collaboration is the cluster Zoho Workplace assembles into a single suite. Mail (business email with custom domains), Cliq (team chat with channels and bots), Meeting (video calls), Calendar, WorkDrive (cloud storage with team folders), Writer (word processing), Sheet (spreadsheets), Show (presentations), Notebook (note-taking), TeamInbox (shared mailboxes), Connect (employee social network), and ToDo round out the day-to-day toolset. For most customers, the Workplace suite at $3-$6 per user per month is the cheapest credible Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace alternative.

Integration into the rest of Zoho is the cluster's strategic value: a CRM contact's emails are visible in CRM if the user's mail account is in Zoho Mail; a Cliq channel can be wired to fire on CRM events; WorkDrive can hold attachments referenced by CRM, Books, and Desk records.
