Naming history
Previously known as Zoho Wiki (2006–2024). Zoho Wiki was a collaborative knowledge management tool launched in 2006, allowing businesses to create centralized, searchable knowledge bases. (Source) Over time, Zoho's focus shifted towards a more comprehensive platform, Zoho Learn. In 2024, Zoho confirmed that new sign-ups for Zoho Wiki were discontinued, and the product would be phased out. (Source) Existing Zoho Wiki customers were assured of continued support and an eventual migration path to Zoho Learn, which was positioned as the successor product with enhanced features for knowledge management and training.
