E-Commerce in Zoho means Zoho Commerce — a Shopify-class storefront builder with native Books and Inventory integration. The cluster also includes Checkout (hosted payment pages for non-storefront use cases). Commerce is best read as the front-end for the Books + Inventory back-end: it lets a Books-native business run a direct-to-consumer store without a third-party platform.
The alternative is to keep Shopify (or BigCommerce, WooCommerce) and integrate to Zoho via Flow. The decision is partly about migration cost, partly about how much of the customer's design and workflow is locked into the existing storefront.
