Naming history

Previously known as Zoho Mail Suite (–2020). Zoho Mail Suite was the branding for Zoho's collection of mail and collaboration applications before being succeeded by Zoho Workplace. In September 2020, Zoho announced a major relaunch of Zoho Workplace, a unified platform integrating email, messaging, and other productivity tools to provide a more contextual and seamless user experience (Source). This strategic shift aimed to better address the evolving needs of businesses for integrated solutions. Existing customers of the previous mail suite were transitioned to the new Zoho Workplace plans, which included increased storage and enhanced features.
