Legal is a small but strategically important cluster: Sign (e-signature), Contracts (CLM — contract lifecycle management with templates, redlining, approval workflow), and Lens (visual remote assistance, repurposed for legal site visits). Sign is the gateway product — every Zoho deployment that touches sales or HR will eventually need it. Contracts is the upgrade for organisations that need template libraries and contract analytics.
Sign integrates natively into CRM (sign deal documents from inside the deal), Recruit (offer letters), and People (employment paperwork). Most consultants under-sell Sign in early Zoho engagements; revisit it after the core CRM/Books rollout.
